The Essential Clerk training programme is a series of 3 sessions that will focus on essential information every clerk should know. Each session covers the basics and is tailored to new clerks and those more experienced clerks in need of a refresher.
There will be a presentation on relevant topics during which you will be encouraged to share your experiences, test your knowledge, and ask questions, so please keep your camera on if you have one.
Each event is around 3 hours and will be delivered to a small group of a maximum 12 delegates
