Assistant Clerk

St Cuthbert (Out) Parish Council are recruiting for an Assistant Clerk to support the administration of the parish.  This role places you at the heart of a vibrant council responsible for nearly 5000 residents spread across a rural community.

As an Assistant Clerk, you will be supporting multiple areas of council work, acting on behalf of residents and working with councillors, external agencies and stakeholders to progress statutory duties, campaigns, research, analysis and reports that ensure the council functions efficiently, effectively and responsively.  This is a hybrid working role.

It is our vision that we continue to grow as a forward-facing, adaptive tier of local government.
